  • Where is your store located? I'd like to try the colors on first. As of now, is the only medium in which you can make purchases from J. Autrey Cosmetics. We will be having lipstick parties and lifestyle events in all major cities throughout the U.S. – Please be certain to connect with us via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for the latest events and specials here at J. Autrey Cosmetics. If you need help deciding on the perfect lip color, photos posted on our social media formats can be used as a guide to help find the shade for your complexion.
  • Do you offer free samples? Regrettably, at this time we do not offer samples.
  • Where are your products shipped from? Grand Rapids, Michigan
  • How much is shipping? US: $3.99 (USPS Standard Shipping), $7.20 (USPS Priority), and $24.45 (USPS Priority Express). We currently do not ship internationally. For orders over $80, we provide free shipping.
  • When will I receive my order? All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed with 24-48 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Your confirmation email from J. Autrey Cosmetics will indicate an actual processing time frame.
  • What is your return policy? We will gladly accept exchanges on lipstick within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused with seals intact. We will not accept exchanges not authorized by J. Autrey Cosmetics, or that are unsealed and or used. We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item as well as the new item you would like to receive. We do not give refunds or credits. All sales are final. Please email the for any other questions or concerns. A representative will respond within 24-36 hours. We ask that you refer to photos on our social media formats to ensure that you are comfortable with a shade before purchasing. 
  • Are your products cruelty-free? Yes. We do not test our products on animals. Our makeup is manufactured in the United States, with no imported ingredients.
